This year’s Social Impact Report has demonstrated the power to change through collaboration.
The InnovateHer team has continued to work with partners, schools and students, listening to their needs and delivering a service which can make a lasting impact on the sector, and on the next generation of Techies.
These meaningful relationships have been the catalyst for our growth and have been critical to fulfilling our mission: – to get girls ready for the tech industry, and the tech industry ready for girls.

4089 students engaged in our activities
50% of students said they feel more confident about working in tech after taking our courses

Without our community we wouldn’t be able to positively affect the future of so many girls and young non-binary people. We are going into the next year ready to create more lasting change, showing our learners they can be the future of tech.
