Digital Product Manager

What you’ll be doing

  • Taking ownership of new and emerging products, going deep to understand the audience and B2B context and the existing strategy
  • Research product requirements by interviewing customers that you find with the help of your team, sales, and other product teams Monterosa
  • Distill and specify the core user experience, iterating and clarifying it to enable your team
  • Deliver early prototypes
  • Build a business case and help make formative decisions on pricing
  • Build a roadmap for your product based on evidence and a strong business case
  • Manage an agile development team

  • Previous experience and evidence of what you’ve created before
  • A proven focus on creating great user experiences that deliver value
  • Gravitas, you’ll have the confidence, initiative, and self-awareness to argue your positions at all levels across the company
  • Track record, you’ll be able to demonstrate successful product releases and be  acutely aware of what made them a success
  • Creative and innovative, you’re an idea generator, you do your own research, and you thrive when given the freedom to run your product
  • Communication, you’ll be able to convey your needs clearly to engineering, help reduce ambiguity, and take pride in your written specifications
  • Technical, you’ll have some hard technical skills, so that when engineers bring an idea or a problem to your attention, you won’t struggle to understand the implications
  • Commercial skill, you’ll know how to work with sales and marketing, and how to make a successful launch
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is a plus!
