The Client Director will be the key point of contact for significant projects which are
delivered to a range of Public and Private sector organisations. You’ll own the
relationship with the client, ensuring smooth delivery and a consistent set of
deliverables for the client and Form.
You will lead a small team and own the relationships for the full lifecycle of the
projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery to time, budget and quality
standards. You will also provide reporting to internal stakeholders and manage the
key external stakeholders.
You will translate requirements into operational plans, clearly and consistently
communicating the purpose and vision.
The role requires effective communication and management across multiple
disciplines such as events, content marketing and digital development.
You have a track record of building long lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to quickly build strong rapport.
You will be charismatic with a strong degree of gravitas and exceptional
interpersonal skills. A confident persona accustomed to building positive
