QA Non-Functional

Role Purpose:

You will be working on Greenfield development from the ground up of a new cutting edge financial transaction platform designed to optimise working capital and cash flow. We are looking for someone capable of hands-on testing across these platforms, we want somebody come and help build our non-functional capability.


  • Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests
  • Design and lead non functional test frameworks
  • Verify the performance of applications
  • Knowledge of monitoring application logs to determine system behaviour
  • Utilise tools such as Jmeter, Blazemeter, Gatling
  • Test and present findings and results to stakeholders including developers, project managers and other team members a required
  • Effectively communicate with members of the engineering and test teams across multiple projects simultaneously

Skills and Abilities:


  • Experience working within a microservice architecture
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, BlazeMeter and Gatling
  • Proven ability to design and lead implementation of non-functional test frameworks in complex technological environments
  • Solid experience with non-functional testing including Volume and Performance in a large scale, multiple component delivery context
  • Knowledge of monitoring application logs to determine system behaviour
  • Experience using tools to monitor the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, DB Parameters and DB Reports
