We are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager to join our Partnership Management team. As Account Manager you will support the Senior Manager to contribute to the day-to-day management of the Club Partners to achieve their marketing and partnership objectives.
What will you be doing?
Within your role your main areas of responsibility will include:
To maintain regular and appropriate interaction with Partner contacts and build excellent working relationships with Partners.
To develop trust and confidence within Partner organisations.
To identify key objectives and KPIs with each Partner and delivery against them
To support the Senior Manager in the delivery of 360 account management: planning, delivery, measurement, reporting and feedback with the appropriate regular reporting internally and externally.
To implement creative marketing activation plans driving tangible Return on Investment for partners.
To maintain up to date knowledge of Partner industries and their competitive market.
To build and maintain strong relationships with other Club departments.
To be accountable for the delivery of reporting and financial measurement for your suite of Partners, ensuring statistics are used to brief the Partner on LFC`s global scale and show results and delivery of Partner KPIs.
To maintain accurate records for your partner accounts and make sure all administrative tasks are completed.
To provide support for the wider LFC Partnerships Department with renewal and new business discussions.
To manage additional projects assigned by the Senior Manager, including contribution to financial and budget tasks.
To be a positive contributor and collaborator within the Partnership Team to all internal and external stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate who has a degree in a business-related subject or significant experience in a Partnership or Sponsorship role, in addition to experience of working within a sports marketing industry and good knowledge of marketing campaigns and brand trends. You will be able to work independently, use your own initiative and have strong interpersonal skills which mean you can develop and maintain excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders including stakeholders at senior levels. You will have excellent attention to detail, a methodical approach to everything you do and the ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
This role is part of our Partnership Management Team and works closely with our Partners, involving some national and international travel.
