LFC Foundation – Graphic Designer
We`re hiring for a Graphic Designer to work with our LFC Foundation team providing design and content support for the charity, working closely with the Marketing and Business Development team, including corporate communications, community delivery and fundraising campaigns, to ensure all requirements are met and delivered within contractual and brand guidelines.
We are looking for someone who will bring energy and drive to the team with a focus on proactivity and a passion for success. The ideal candidate will be motivated by social and cultural inventiveness and enjoy the opportunity to work on cross-functional initiatives.
What will you be doing?
-Support and collaborate with colleagues to help develop impactful and creative multi-channel campaigns that showcase our storytelling and brand narrative. Ensuring full compliance and alignment with brand guidelines and campaign platforms.
-Deliver a variety of creative approaches and graphic assets to brief, including social media content, emails, web banners, digital and print adverts, outdoor signage, and curriculum materials.
-Manage and oversee the creation of video and photography to enhance the Foundation`s inventory of marketing and communications content.
-Maintain the LFC Foundation`s core visual identity, ensuring brand guidelines are up to date and being adhered to.
-Comply with all safeguarding policies and procedures and ensure all outputs are compliant with national/international legislation as required to protect the charity and minimise risk.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is dynamic, possesses a `can do` attitude and a creative flair, with experience of managing print production via a variety of mediums, managing and applying internal and external brand identities.
We are keen to hear from Designers who have strong knowledge and understanding of graphic design and digital content and can demonstrate excellent technical ability and comprehensive knowledge of:
-Adobe Creative Suite including strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
-HTML e-mail and web technologies and Microsoft Office packages
Experience of creating and editing video content would be an advantage, along with previous experience within marketing or communications teams, ideally across both commercial and non-profit sectors

This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week. The role will be based in our Chapel Street Office, however, flexibility is required to work from other sites, occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
