Digital Growth Marketer

We’re looking for an inspirational, hands-on digital growth marketer with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS to join our team and help make our fast-growing company grow even faster.

Monterosa is on a mission to create the world’s most successful SaaS interaction platform – the Monterosa / Interaction Cloud. We are the award-winning leader in audience interaction technology, behind some of the biggest interactive TV shows and sporting events including Love Island, EA Sport/Premier League Player of the Month and many others. All of our products and fan experiences are powered by the Interaction Cloud. Our small and friendly team is distributed between London, Liverpool, Minsk and Bulgaria with strong ties and everyday collaboration between us.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop, implement, track and optimise our digital and content marketing campaigns across all digital channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Identify needs and drive new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness
  • Create a high volume of quality ideas, content and communications to our customers and prospects including customer stories, blogs and guides

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven 5 years ‘hands-on’ experience as a Digital marketer. Ideally, with a minimum 2 years working for a SaaS business with a growth success story
  • A natural affinity with software products, fast learner, curious, wants to dive in
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. What works, what doesn’t, test + learn
  • Positive and enthusiastic with a growth mind-set
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to setup and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution on all major platforms – understands the journey from first touch to MQL
  • Well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue
  • Tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign
  • Experience in creating and optimising final-production ready landing pages and user funnels
  • Advanced spreadsheet modelling / funnels / conversion models
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, CRM software (e.g Hubspot, Salesforce or Adobe marketing cloud), email and social media campaigns
  • Experience implementing and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Ideally – Photoshop skills, have organised webinars or other virtual events, have setup Zapier connections between systems
