We are a small but growing team of software engineers working on projects of all shapes and sizes for other companies.

Training and potential progression

We have a feedback-led culture, and no work is submitted without being reviewed and commented on by a colleague. As we are such a new department, there is no formal training programme in place at the moment, although we have lots of informal training sessions with our colleagues. In terms of progression, we’ll always work with you to make sure you’re getting the skills and knowledge you want from your role, and your future career.

  • Have detailed knowledge of at least one modern programming language

  • Knowledge of JavaScript / Node
  • Knowledge of Dart / Flutter
  • Knowledge of React
  • Knowledge of SQL DBs
  • Knowledge of No-SQL DBs (MongoDB, Firestore, DynamoDB)
  • Working with a strongly-typed language
  • Mobile app development
  • Working to design + Figma

Starting Salary –


Working Hours –

37.5 hours per week, with benefit of half day off each week


We are an education provider. You will have responsibility for, and contact with, children, young people and vulnerable adults




Can work from either our Manchester or Leeds Campus. Lots of opportunities for remote work.
