About the job

You’ll lead the design, development and delivery of our digital curriculum into innovative, tailored learning services for Apprenticeships.

This includes, but is not limited to: method development, learning programme design and development, tailored training, coaching, workshop facilitation.

Essential skills and behaviours 

  • We’d like to meet someone with experience with digital apprenticeship standards, to ensure the curriculum is being designed around the apprenticeship standard and to ensure we meet the knowledge, skills, and behaviours (KSB) requirements of the standard, and how they will be assessed.
  • You’ll ideally be a confident software developer. Languages like C#, TypeScript, Java or Python will help you out. Bonus points if JavaScript is your bread and butter!
  • Knowledge of React, developing mobile apps, Cloud Ops or AWS will be an advantage.
  • Do our values resonate with you? Great! In many ways, there’s nothing more important than this

 

Safeguarding: We are an education provider. You may have responsibility for, and contact with, children, young people or vulnerable adults. If you’re made an offer, it will be conditional based on you completing an Enhanced DBS check.

Contract: Full-time

Hours: e.g. 37.5 hours per week, with benefit of half day off each week

Salary: Competitive

Location: Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham or Newcastle (remote working options)
