Digital Creative & Content Manager

To help realise this opportunity we set up a new team looking after our digital media and content strategy, sitting within our Growth Marketing team and working closely across our performance, brand and category marketing teams.

In the role Digital Creative & Content Manager this candidate will work on the development of the paid digital and social execution of key strategic priorities and big brand campaigns. Working hand in hand with agencies, platforms and both internal and external creatives to deliver campaigns in a platform first approach.

In a growing area this role presents an opportunity to combine strategic thinking and creative flair and make a real impact in a fast paced forward looking business.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Deliver & Execute strategic category and brand campaigns through digital channels.
  • Manage key agency and partner relationships.
  • Report performance and be able to deduce key learnings and insight from activity.
  • Establish a measurement framework and embed this into the business.
  • Manage a budget and be able to present back rationale for decision.
  • Brief and manage the creative process alongside our internal and external teams.


About you:

You’ll have 3-5 years working in a digital environment with a track record of delivering innovation and channel development across multiple platforms. Experience either in house or agency side is welcome but we’ll be especially excited by a creative eye and a love for digital marketing.

In terms of personality we’re looking for a team player who is happy to bring multiple stakeholders together, often taking the lead to help bring the big picture to life. You’ll not be afraid to ask questions and happy to roll your sleeves up to get things done.
